Come sweat with us in these hard working, fun & motivating classes!

Monday & Wednesday   8:00 - 9:00pm      |      Saturday   8:30 - 9:30am      

Our health and fitness gift to our parents is . . . FREE WORKOUT CLASSES JANUARY THROUGH MARCH 2019! Yes for three months all parents can feel the burn for free!!!

Want to tone your body, burn calories, and get moving? Try our workout classes as you sweat with us Monday and Wednesday evenings at 8:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:30 am.
These classes are for:
• Teens & adults
• Males and females
• Students and non-students
• Family members, non- family members
• Experienced or beginner level

What do we do each class? New and different activities for a great workout! Classes will consist of a cardio workout, stretching exercises, bag, paddle and pad workouts (upper and lower body), strength building exercises (balls, bands and weights), push ups, sit ups, nutrition information and more!

BRING YOURSELF AND/OR A FRIEND TO TRY CLASS OUT! Bring a teenage or adult friend, neighbor or relative to try a workout class Mon or Weds at 8:00 pm, Saturday at 8:30 am. Haven’t been to a workout class before? Come try it yourself! Remember workout classes are free to our students, and at a very reduced price for family members. Questions?
